Steven Yari is the co-founder and managing principal of Stockdale Capital Partners, a vertically-integrated real estate investment firm operating in the Southwestern United States. Steven acquires, develops, and manages real estate in several US markets. The portfolio is comprised of a diverse range of assets including high rise buildings, industrial business centers, hotels, retail centers, and single family housing plots. Steven is based out of Stockdale’s California office.
As a prominent developer, Steven Yari — along with his brother Shawn Yari — have successfully integrated the values and principles of a family office with an operations-focused team of acquisitions, asset management, development, and management professionals to build Stockdale Capital Partners, which is now a best in class institutional real estate platform.
Steven Yari has garnered over 30 years of experience in investing and managing real estate properties. Realizing the potential for expansion in the Southwest, he moved to Texas in the 1980s where he and his brother purchased and developed a number of properties in Texas, and later in Arizona. They began this expansion acquiring distressed assets and loans from banks and the RTC during the S&L crises in the late 80s and early 90s.
During the economic downturn of the early 1990s, Steven and his brother were able to leverage these assets into a portfolio consisting of nearly $2 billion in asset value.
Several years ago Steven and Shawn began Stockdale Capital Partners to take advantage of the robust pipeline of deals they were seeing in the markets. The growth to date has been transformational.
